How to improve the adhesion of the protective film and the surface of the aluminum plastic board?


In order to keep the aluminum-plastic panel intact before use, protective measures are usually adopted. The aluminum-plastic panel protective film is a kind of material that is specially used for its surface protection. In the use of aluminum plastic plate protective film, it needs to enhance the degree of bonding with the surface of the object, so as to promote its protective effect.

    In practical applications, it is often encountered that the protective film of the aluminum-plastic plate is not firmly applied, and it is easy to be peeled off in the process of transportation and window formation, and no protective effect is obtained. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. On the one hand, the surface of the film after extrusion is not clean, such as moisture and dust.

For this reason, when the aluminum-plastic panel comes out from the cooling sizing die, the surface moisture shall be dried as much as possible, and at the same time, attention should be paid to not too much dust in the workshop, and the traction track of the tractor is kept clean. After achieving the desired degree of cleanliness, the aluminum-plastic plate protective film can be pasted.

    On the other hand, the pressure of the film laminating machine for aluminum-plastic plate protective film is not enough, or the structure is irrational; the lack of viscosity of the aluminum-plastic plate protective film itself will also affect the adhesion between it and the surface of the object. In addition to properly increase the pressure on the film, it is recommended to use a dedicated film applicator; and choose a high-quality aluminum-plastic plate protective film.

    There is also a factor that affects the adhesion between the aluminum-plastic plate protective film and the object, that is, the substrate used in the aluminum-plastic plate protective film is too small in tensile stress, easily deformed, or the movement of the rotating part of the film applicator is not flexible, resulting in a film In the application process, it is excessively stretched and deformed.

    After such an aluminum plate protective film is applied to the surface, the film is retracted due to the stress caused by the stretching. When the retracting force is larger than the peeling force, the film is automatically peeled off. For this situation, a protective film with a larger tensile force or a composite protective film may be used. In addition, the rotating part of the film applicator must be lubricated frequently to make it flexible.
